The price factor of this High Definition television is OK – neither costly nor inexpensive. It’s just right, and has a host of features you would to expect to pay much more for. For instance, 4 HDMI Ports and USB and Yahoo Widget and do I need to continue? There’s plenty of stuff to talk about with this TV; however, too much to talk about here. I have tried a lot to find out features that are not available on this TV, but it is very hard. If any feature is missing then such feature is definitely not of much use. Well, a 40” inch LCD monitor that plays video, stays connected for several days, display pics from just about anything, etc. If your into the internet, you’ll really like the Yahoo Widgets. 120Hz in this 40 inch Samsung LCD means speed, and lots of it; you want be having any issues with ghosting or action blur with this beauty. Any entertainment experience is perfect 1080p resolution of this LCD. As usual, Samsungs’ integration of the QAM tuner and their implementation of dejudder processing is better than any other manufacturer out there. The ‘Red Touch of Color’ feature is definitely one of the coolest factors. While it does not do anything extraordinary for the TV itself, it does give off truly visually appealing red ambient light; which seems to improve the whole viewing experience, without being too much.
Samsung’s remote is always special and this one is an exception. The remote of LN40B650 is near to perfect. The remote is well made and withstand the occasional toss across the living room; In addition, it connects quickly and effortlessly to all common components.
It has almost everything good, nothing much bad. Other TVs need to match up to the level of Samsung LN40B650.
